New Series Gold Dalek
My oldest Dalek is a tin clockwork toy made by Cowan-de-Groot (Codeg) pictured above right. I bought it around 1965 in Towyn North Wales whilst on holiday. It cost me 15/- 6d (77p) which was all my holiday money. Incredibly I still have it and it's box. It still works and today is worth over £500! The replica on the left is by comparison quite inferior (quality wise) and was selling for around £25 in 2004.
At the last count I have over 300 Who related items in my collection including over 60 figures, 50 books, 40 novels and 70 Videos CDs and DVDs. These pictures show some of my collection including a Denys Fisher Dalek from 1977 through to the more recent Corgi range..
